SUMMER  FISHING REPORT
Mosquitoes aren't the only thing biting in the glades. With what seems to be regular afternoon showers and midday high tides, I'm ptching hand sized pilchards and threads against likely spots around the passes from Indian Key to Broad River and getting plenty of snook.Once the tide slows chunks of lady fish around the oyster bars in the same are producing reds up to 30 inches. Triple tails have their winter homes pulled out from beside them and have moved to random treesoff the bank and can be easily caught on soft plastic gulps up to 15lbs. Start early and be home before the lightning and remember the bug spray.
